Website Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
This website is operated by Andrew van Rooyen, trading as Solacore (“we”, “us”, “our”), an online business based in Southend-on-Sea, UK. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. About this website
This site describes the Solacore service and allows you to enquire or request a product demo. The information on this website is for general guidance only. Specific terms, features, and pricing for your restaurant are confirmed in writing and set out in the separate Client Service Agreement signed before becoming a client.
2. Using the site
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it—for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, introducing viruses, or using the site to send spam or harmful content.
3. Enquiries and demos
Submitting an enquiry or demo form constitutes a request to be contacted, not a binding order or contract. No contract for our services exists until you sign a Client Service Agreement and we confirm acceptance. Any personal data you submit will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Pricing information
Prices shown on this site are indicative, exclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise), and subject to change. The fees that apply to your business are strictly those set out in your signed Client Service Agreement. Full setup pricing is confirmed per restaurant following your demo.
5. Intellectual property
The content, layout, design, branding, imagery, and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. They are protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of this site without our prior written permission.
6. External links
This site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites.
7. Liability
We provide this website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be secure, available, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
