Setup covers the build and migration of your site.

Start small, upgrade freely. If you begin on Bookings and later move up to Full, the £99 you already spent is deducted from the Full setup fee, and your monthly goes up by £10 (£30 → £40). No double-charging.

How the plan works. A 12-month contract, paid monthly. You pay the setup fee, get the first month free, then pay across the remaining eleven months. New clients can walk away within that first month having spent only the setup fee. It renews for another year at the same price unless you cancel — and we always remind you at least 30 days before, so it never renews by surprise.

No hidden costs. Hosting is included. There are no per-booking fees on either tier. On Full, the website and domain are yours to keep.

Full setup starts at £300 for a template-based build; bespoke work (custom photography, complex menus, multiple locations) is quoted individually after your demo.

The difference

One platform, not a patchwork.

Most independents pay for a website, a separate booking tool and a menu app — three or four bills that don’t talk to each other. Here’s the difference put plainly.

The usual patchwork

£150–300/mo
Website builder bill, every month, forever
Per-booking fees on top of the subscription
Four logins, nothing in sync
You rent it all; you own none of it

Solacore

£30–40/mo
Website and bookings in one
No per-booking fees, ever
One login, everything connected
You own the site and the data outright
Questions

The things owners actually ask

How does the billing and the free month work?

You pay the one-off setup fee to get started, then your first month is free. After that you pay monthly across the rest of the 12-month term — eleven payments. New clients can walk away within that first month having spent only the setup fee.

Is it a monthly rolling plan or a fixed term?

It’s a 12-month contract, paid monthly. You commit for the year (with the first month free), rather than a casual month-to-month app you might cancel on a whim. The setup fee is a one-off on top.

What happens at the end of the 12 months?

The contract renews for another 12 months at the same price, unless you tell us otherwise. We’ll always email you a reminder at least 30 days before it renews — with the date, the price, and how to cancel — so nothing happens by surprise. If a renewal does go ahead, you still have 14 days to change your mind. To stop a renewal, just give us 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.

What if my restaurant has multiple locations?

Each location gets its own booking page and settings. Talk to us about a multi-site arrangement — we’ll work out fair pricing rather than simply multiplying the monthly fee.

What happens if I want to leave at the end of the year?

You take your website and your data with you. On Full, the site and domain are yours — there’s no hostage situation. We’ll help you move; we won’t make leaving difficult.

Who owns the data and the website?

You do. The bookings, the customer details, the website itself — all yours. We host and maintain it, but ownership never sits with us.

What hosting fees are included?

Hosting is included in your monthly price. There’s no separate hosting bill to find, and no surprise “your site is over its limit” charges at the scale a restaurant needs.

How is this different from Wix + Quandoo?

Wix is a website builder you maintain yourself; Quandoo rents you a slot on their marketplace and charges per booking. Solacore is one connected platform, built and run for you, with no per-booking fees — and you own it.
